Can anybody tell me what exactly is involved in the treatment IUI

I conceived Noah via IUI, so it is basically the turkey baster approach lol - fertility drugs and fertility injections and then a sperm sample and they take the best and inseminate, usually done by the nurse.

It does have a lower success rate, ours was 13% at the time but I know lots of ladies that have conceived with IUI. I had 3 attempts on the NHS and conceived 2nd attempt. Noah is now 13
