inositol can help level out the hormones, also the combined contraceptive pill can help hugely especially if you take 3 months on the trot.

You should also read about inofolic which my doctor recommended to me.

It can be bought online. It's best to research it and read about it and see if it is something that will suit you.

I'm trying it for 3 months and I'm on my 2nd month.
