They are usually quite high in sugar which isnt generally recommended for pcos ladies. I'm a similar height and weight and I do the 5:2 fasting diet, once you get your head into it, it is really easy. It has changed how I feel about hunger totally.

I'm the same just looking to lose a stone and not sure the best way was easier when I was on the minera coil now I'm off that my weight is really hard to manage. I'm not sure I have the focus for 5 and 2 x

Yes I no longer have carbs at night, which initially was weird having bol without the spag but I dont even think about it now.

Hi! I lost a stone quickly (it was even accidental!) by following a low-Gi diet. It is basically just eating incredibly healthily and cutting out refined sugar! I also used a 'fitness' app to record my food intake and to keep a check on calories. I don't use the fitness app now but still follow low-gi as lots of my other PCOS symptoms improved through it! I would recommend it to anyone and I find it really easy to follow once you get your head around which are good choices to have. Hope that helps! x
