Hello everyone, hope you have a wonderful Tuesday so far! π€
For today meal, I made sautΓ©ed veggies in my homemade chili oil, tamari gluten-free soy sauce with rice noodle. π
Main ingredients:
Maitake Mushroom, sliced Aburaage tofu, red cabbage, bean sprouts, bell peppers, onions and crushed roasted peanuts.
Itβs a simple noodle dish and I can mix all my favorite veggies. Add a bit of Thai hot sauce to make my dish spicy. ππ
As always, be inspired, be joyful, take a picture and Enjoy it! πβ€οΈ
