In a pot add a tin of tomatoes, add a cup of veg stock, simmer for ten minutes

In a frying pan add oil..fry onions, garlic chopped carrots and peppers..till soft

Add paprika and a little chilly powder and a bit of black pepper

Add a tin of beans (I use 5 beans) but any will do

Then add the tomato sauce..

Mix your dumpling and add.. simmer for around 15-20 mins

Really enjoyed this tonight..and I've enough for 4 meals πŸ‘
