Raspberries and blueberries with raspberry and vanilla ice cream. 🍨

Hi everyone,

It’s a lovely sunny day here and I’ve been busy so it was nice to sit outside and enjoy some fruit and ice cream, this afternoon.

I put blueberries and raspberries in layers in the glass with a little Alpro single cream a scoop of vanilla and a scoop of raspberry Swedish glacé ice cream with some grated free from chocolate and I had it sitting in my garden which was very pleasant as I’m put there now enjoying the afternoon sunshine. Swedish glacé is a favourite on VFL.😁

I think this shows that there are some indulgent treats out there that are both vegan and gluten free so with some fruit makes it a perfect treat.

The best bit is I’ve plenty I’ve lots for another time, so happy days.🌞

Thanks Debs and I felt the same especially as I’ve just bought a new and bigger fridge freezer so I have to stock it up with something…😁

Sounds like you are on to something there Jerry 😀 - its fair to say, I do have one freezer compartment dedicated to Vegan Almond Magnums - its not because I am that much of an animal, its just that I stock up when they are on offer

Wow that looks amazing 🤤 raspberry Swedish glace is my favourite ice cream ever but I can't find it anywhere, it's been years since I last had it!

I haven't seen it in years either - just checked the Walls website and looks like they still make it... They used to do a great neopolitan icecream but sadly I think they discontinued it.

My mum bought a raspberry ripple icecream in M&S which was delicious!

Hi lots Beatlesforever of supermarkets sell Swedish glacé as do most whole food shops and they’re delicious. 😊

I can find the vanilla one everywhere (I have some in my freezer 😃) and sometimes chocolate but the raspberry one seems to have vanished from the shops... at least round my neck of the woods 🤷‍♀️ I'll have to have a look online 👍
