Thank you Jerry and it would be so good if the richer nations took on a plant based diet. I watched a video this morning on how they get away with the way in which some animals are farmed i.e. rather than use the word slaughter they were using the word processing making it sound better.

Put it one way, I'm certainly not going back to eating meat that's for sure.

I am eight days into not eating meat (not long I know), and hoping that once I have alternatives in place I will be confident to continue indefinitely.
