I had this tonight and it was very tasty.

It’s a thai style curry with tofu covered in panko breadcrumbs. It’s a bit like Wagamamas although they might not agree 😂

Well it certainly looked delicious, it's good when you make the effort to cook something and it tastes lovely. Worth the effort.
