Tonight I cooked spaghetti bolognaise. It was delicious. I used plenty of garlic and very small lentils in a jar which I found in the local shop. Apart from the usual I added some charred peppers from a jar and a splash of red wine which made a rich sauce. It was delicious and nicer than the one I make at home so I was very pleased as it’s not always so easy cooking when you are abroad and don’t have all the herbs and spices to hand.
