I made some Christmas shortbread this morning to have with a coffee.
I mixed together flour and vegan butter (pure) with my finger tips until it resembled breadcrumbs, added some caster sugar, vanilla paste and water, just enough to hold it together. Roll out and cut out.
Cook in the oven on 150deg for about 15 to 20 mins.
For a Christmassy touch you could add cinnamon.
