I was reading this article this morning which is interesting. I suppose it’s not saying anything we don’t already know as it says how being vegan helps maintain a healthy weight long term without the need for portion control. Which is right up my street. A vegan diet doesn’t have to be low fat as it points you naturally in the direction of healthy fats. A winner all round 🌱
