Gluten free vegan lentil and quinoa pie... πŸ’š

Hi everyone,

Here's a pie I made that is gluten free and plant based with red lentils black quinoa chickpeas and plum tomato filling with a GF vegan topping made with 100g ground golden linseeds ground almonds + 100g GF flour and 100g coconut oil with parsley cumin coriander ginger turmeric and a little sea salt and black pepper. With cashew nuts sesame seeds and a little more ground almonds scattered on top then baked for about 35 mins.
