This was in Independent last weekend and its about Bettini Campolucci Borid's simple quick vegan recipes and they look delicious I really like how Bettini uses ground hazelnuts with gf flour for a pizza, I thought they speak my language...
That pizza base recipe does look good. I have been searching for a decent pizza base recipe. I was going to make one with quinoa flour but couldn’t find any in the supermarket. Can you just blitzed up ordinary quinoa? Do you know? Ali
Hi Ali, I like the sound of her pizza base and I buy quinoa flour in a local health food shop and its organic and half the price of Holland and Barrett but they have buy one get another for 1p sometimes

But I do blitz it in a coffee grinder its coarser but in a pizza base where you let it prove coarseness is good as it absorbs more moisture I find.
I really like the thought of a home flour mill so I could mill flour from beans, nuts and seeds... and on that happy note...😊
