Hi everyone,

I see burgers are in the news again, here's the latest on Costco selling over 1 million organic vegan burgers in less than 60 days and its the fastest growing trend by far.

Its no wonder with obesity being in the news again with 18% more people expected to be hospitalised because of obesity in the coming year is scary and its because of poor quality processed foods that leave people over fed and under nourished. And I think that what is different about this rise in veganism is it is driven by social media, so its like nothing we've seen before, because its happening simultaneous and all over the developed world.
