Hi everyone,

I think that its interesting seeing what other like minded people are doing in their country/continent and we don't tend to hear so much from Africa so here's a link about their first vegan mag and in this article they reckon Veganism has increased in the UK by 360% and thats up to Feb 2017 since when there's been an quantum leap in vegans.

Thanks for posting that, it is indeed interesting to see how other countries are looking at vegans.

But I notice they can't help asking the protein question :)

"In the newly launched magazine, The Vegan Life, numerous questions relating to the lifestyle are tastefully answered:

How can a vegan include more protein in their diet?"
