Hi everyone,
Here's a pie I made for tonight and the topping is just plain gluten free flour with coconut butter with chia seeds and coriander leaves and that was the crust on the pie, which has baby leeks, baby carrots, broccoli, mushrooms, onion, garlic, chilli, with spices: ginger, cumin coriander and turmeric.
And I had it with roast potatoes in their skins with giant spring onions and I cooked too much veg for the pie so had some more in a gravy...
