Do you know a Wegener’s patient that had endocrine problems with the pituitary or thyroid gland, or any female hormone type symptoms?

I do know of one person with WG where the pituitary gland was affected - obviously a serious problem as the pituitary controls so many functions. Thyroid involvement is fairly common, but as some types of thyroid disease are, in themselves auto-immune diseases, it is difficult to say if it is due to WG.
