Does anyone have Poly Artertis Nodosa?

We believe my husband has polyarteritis nodosa(PAN) although he has never been well informed regarding his vasculitis. In fact he was never told he had vasculitis when it was diagnosed in the mid 1990's while he was in hospital suffering from leg ulcers (he was only in his mid twenties). He had steroid treatment then never had hospital or medical treatment for years and only found out he had vasculitis after he was referred by his GP to a urologist in 2007 when the urologist mentioned that his kidney problems were due to his vasculitis! A recent letter from his urologist mentioned cutaneous Vasculitis. We suspect he has Cutaneous polyarteritis Nodosa since with PAN the testicles can be attacked and my husband has this problem- he is infertile as a result of this. We would like a referral to a vasculitis clinic to ensure he has the correct diagnosis and treatment- here hoping the GP will be willing to do this!
