Just curious if anyone has experienced capillaritis? I have speckles on the top of my foot and going up the ankle. Wondering if it goes away? Gets worse?

John has had these since he suffered a DVT back in 2007. ( caused by the GPA ) He has them on the right foot, ankle and lower leg. They have faded over time but never completely gone away.
