Just keep in mind that allergies are like drops of water into a glass. Your allergies may not initially be that bad, but as you are exposed more and more, the glass gets fuller until it overflows, and then you can have much more severe reactions. So it makes sense that they get worse as you get older.
As for choices, I live in Virginia, and honestly it is a lot like Kentucky. My hubby and I call Virginia the lusty, busty state because if mankind disappeared you wouldn't be able to see half of the structures in 20 years.
Same type of thing for Charlotte.
Someplace Midwest would probably get you away from whatever you are reacting to there - Denver would be good, Kansas City is good too., Good luck with whatever you decide!
Moving to another location may not resolve your allergies. In fact, you may develop a new allergy at your new location. I suggest you talk with your primary care doctor or allergist about your symptoms and what can be done.
