XTANDI after ZYTIGA with a one month hiatus seemed to be successful so far.

Hello. My brother who has PCA was failing on Zytiga. He has been on Zytiga for about 7 months. His PSA was over 900 when he had to be hospitalized for an unrelated event. He was due to begin Xtandi, but this had to be delayed for about 1 month.

He began Xtandi at 80 mg and in 2 weeks his PSA dropped to 100. I think that that is a great repsonse. I did not expect it and I am wondering if in fact, the delay between the two medications was actually advantageous.
