Shortness Of Breath

Hi, I'm relatively new here as I'm still in the process of diagnosing MCAS. I really struggle with constant shortness of breath and a feeling of pressure on my lungs and am wondering what sort of medications and lifestyle changes other people have found helpful for that, or made that symptom completely go away?

Hiya!

Supps praps helped, breathing exercises definitely did (I prefer Wim Hof, but his is a challenge), most of all being outside in the fresh air or airing as much as I can. For some praps costochondritis exercises (youtube) might help breathing.
