I’m having a massive Mast Cell attack effecting my Kidneys and bladder. No signs of infection but Urinalysis show Ketones, protein and White blood cells. The pain is constant and becoming unbearable. I’ve frown all my medication at it but nothing. GP really doesn’t know what to do with me, other than offer antibiotics. Which I won’t take unless the lab actually finds bacteria.
Which hospital deals with Urology in London for MCAS. I need somewhere I can go to AE as the pains unbearable?

Guys don't have an A&E. They have a walk in centre but the Emergency Dept is at Tommy's.
I don't mean to interfere but if you have protein and leucocytes in your urine then surely you must have an infection?
I have been plagued by an entrrococcus and ecoli infection for over 5 years. 48 cultures have since come back as normal but it has been confirmed by multiple specialities that I need IVabx. I present with debris in my urine, unbearable flank pain and leucocytes. The IVabx always clears it up.
Lab cultures are generally the rule of thumb I agree but our immune systems are so complex that things may not fit with the textbook. Would it not be worth trying the antibiotics? You sound in so much pain.
