i cant seem to upload picture to my profile i follow instruction but it dont work

It took me a few attempts but I got there in the end.

I finally managed Catherine. as you can see charlie, notice the tic with his toungue LOL.

If it's any consolation, I've followed the instructions numerous times and I can't get it to work either

Lors wwhen you follow the instructions to upload your picture files there is crop tool click on it put thec crop on your face in the picture click on it and drag it vertically and horizontally until you got what you want of your face then click on crop button then it will upload. This will take a while to up load its not instant hope this helps you.
