I stink, I need a shower, I’m not sure now how long I’ve been wearing these pyjamas for but I do know that I smell. I really should have a shower and again familiarise myself with my clothes, but with acquiring a new mobile with internet there isn’t really any point in leaving my bed. I should call the crisis team, but really I can’t be bothered, the likelihood of me actually doing anything is pretty slim. I should get showered and dressed; I need to get a loaf of bread.

Are you okay? (Well, evidently not, but should us here blog-readers be worried?)
