PM David Cameron hasn't given a proper apology about Tourette's comment.

I'm so angry and disheartened by David Cameron's comment comparing Ed Balls heckling to 'having someone with Tourette's permanently sitting opposite you'. He was on the Andrew Marr show this Sunday morning but didn't give much of an apology - just an note to himself to be more careful with what he says. I've written to my MP and MSP, it feels like an official rubber stamp by the PM to make it OK to use neurological symptoms a joke or expression of annoyance. He hasn't given a proper apology.

No his apology was dispicable. It's clear he really didn't give a toss about what he'd said. As I'm presently in a situation at work unable to return as they are discriminating about my TS, it's giving my employer the thumbs up to treat me with even less dignity than they already are, weakening my case if it goes to an Employment Tribunal. I am not impressed!
