Hello EarEarEar - thank you for posting. Perhaps more people would able to respond if you could let us know a bit more about the difficulties that you're having?
please read through a few of the recent posts and the replies. This will give you some pointers. then as Pat suggests perhaps post a little more about yourself.
Many people have been helped by this forum, and I believe many of them dont come back here because it reminds them of sad times.
Hello mate. I guess you could say I was lucky that my tinnitus developed gradually over many years. But my main advice would begin with a question. Outside of work, do you have a hobby, and do you notice your tinnitus less when you're doing that hobby. It's kind of am obvious thing when I say it, but when we concentrate on something, tinnitus is often reduced.
Maybe you could try background sound, there are plenty of them offered online free of charge. I found some in the past on freesound dot org
This is a group of sounds I constructed approx 10 years ago using a free app called Audacity.

One thing which is not mentioned much even now is the fact that modern buildings with double or triple glazing block out all of natures sounds, which is fine if you live near a motorway or airport etc. But we are animals and some of us can benefit from gentle natural background noise, or at least something other than total silence.
So there's a few things to think about anyway.
Wishing you the best, Pete.
On bad days, I use the masking sound programmed into my hearing aids.

I've had the thing for a similar time. Give Ginkgo a try, but only the way I do it. Click on my username for posts on how.
