Finger got pinched in the door and it instanly made my tinnitus worse

Hi all,

I got tinnitus 1 year ago from stifling 3 sneezes. I felt a buzzing in my head so i guess it's some brain/nervous system injury. I have no issues with my ear or hearing loss.

My stress level is low at the moment so my tinnitus got significant lower. Last night my finger got pinched in the door and it instanly got worse. I had a horrible night with a high pitch high volume tone.

Any idea if there is any medication or treatment who can help me?

Tinnitus can definitely be worsened by emotion, and some people have T during an extremely emotional time such as grief due to a family death, but luckily it goes as they recover.
