pulsate tinnitus

Hi everyone,

I’ve only just recently got pulsate tinnitus after having a cold and feeling unwell. Went to doctors yesterday and he checked my ears and balance which he said were ok, but checked my bp and it was high ( always is when I’m there) so he’s upped my meds and says that may work if a virus? Any ideas or help you can give me as I’m a nervous wreck here! I live alone in my late 60s so I’m ok during the day as I walk a lot.
