Ear plugs

I've seen a few posts about ear plugs and loud environments. and thought this BBC podcast might be of interest.

Some useful explanations of what earplugs do and relevant examples.

Although tinnitus didn't get a mention it did stress the importance of looking after your hearing.

I was disappointed it only used one make of earplug but I guess it would a need a much longer program to cover other options.
