has anyone had any experience of PH levels in their body in terms of being Alkaline or Acidic?

There appears to be quite a lot of dialogue on Tinternet about the benefits of changing your body to Alkaline ! With suggestions of drinking water with baking powder to gain alkalinity.

TBH I think this would be clutching at straws. The body is tightly regulated and manages factors like pH within the blood - very small changes affect cellular structure and would cause harmful affects.

I would imagine that all you would be affecting is the pH of the stomach, small and large intestines. May influence the microbial structure in the gut, which may or may not have an effect.

I see where you are coming from but it would not surprise to find the majority who follow this site are of "I'll take my chances" thinking. The human body is remarkably resilient. More so than health professionals will admit to and the imbecilic 'safe' alcohol limit shouts that loud and clear.
