noise cancelling earphones and T

Hey!

Does anyone have any experience of the impact of using active noise cancelling (ANC) earphones (in ear) on T? I have had T for four years - a continuous high pitched frequency, 24/7 - with some peaks and troughs. I had a pair of Bose QC Ultras for Xmas and have noticed a ‘coincidental’ peak in my T since starting to use them for gym/running etc. They also seem to give me headaches during/after use which seems quite common (according to Google).

The Bose ANC is (supposedly) one of the best out there, but I am now feeling like the extra ‘pressure’ created by this feature is not a benefit for me. I am not particularly tech savvy, but I have discussed this with my son who is, and he also had headaches when first using ANC earphones but he is not a T sufferer.

Interested to know if anyone else has had a similar experience.

Thanks (and Happy New Year!).

Stuart
