Hi there. I myself have had tinnitus for over 1 year, in both ears. Like yourself, everytime I get a cold, sore throat, or covid, the tinnitus ramps up considerably. I find when the infection clears, it finds its usual level again, as long as I don't stress or over analyse it. I find a packed day, with plenty of distraction and sounds, plus a sleepband with sound therapy at night, helps to calm things back down again. Hope yours levels out a bit and take care. Thankyou sonnybee, I've woke up this morning with vertigo, called the doctors, spoke to a receptionist and cried like a baby, due back to work tomorrow after being on holiday last weekand have zero energy 😢 she said to self certificate, doctors appointment next week Monday, bloody T it's driving me nuts
