Hi Rekw,A doctor told me my right eustachian tube does not function as it should when I was at university 30plus years ago!

And I have constant hiss (blue noise) on that side of the head. Connected? I think so.

I understand there is a treatment where a balloon is used to open up the tube but heard nothing more. Is it still trialling? Happy to be a guinea pig...

Cheers,

John

Hi JH59 and Rekw. This treatment is available via the NHS - there's a NICE update on how and when it can be used here: nice.org.uk/guidance/ipg665
