if your doc has referred you to them it’s free. If you go direct I’ve no idea.
Any hearing aids can be funded by nhs or allowance in public fund

They will only give you hearing aids if you need them on the NHS. Otherwise, they are really expensive privately, and that would be through an audiologist.
