Hi there. I wouldn't recommend it for severe T based on the narrow criteria for clinical trials and the cost. I get the impression it works better for people with mild/moderate T who are going to habituate anyway. Tinnitus UK (BTA) have done a write up on their website. Just type Lenire into the search bar . Hope that helps.
