Speak to your doctor.

I certainly get more stressed - restless and agitated. How I perceive my tinnitus is related to my job and the workload. I now take Sertraline daily, but that only relieves some of the tension. Antidepressant work differently for different people.

I'm getting the body trembling lately. Very weird. I think is related to the heart. I might need to up the dose of beta-blocker.

when my T started, I became depressed and then got the shakes, which got worse as I went down hill and it ended in a nervous breakdown. I was given anti-anxiety medicine, and this was what helped me survive. Antidepressants just made me worse. I think that if I had been given the anti-anxiety pills sooner I could have avoided the nervous breakdown and 4 days in a clinic! Keep positive😃

which anti-anxiety med did you take?

sorry for the late reply. I took Prazepam. You can't take them regularly for too long as they can be very addictive, but they really worked for me to get over the worst part. I was hardly sleeping due to the anxiety and I fell into the big black hole of depression. The drugs got me my life back, and then with the help of my 2 amazing sons I reduced the meds over 6 months. The doc told me to keep a packet handy, as it's ok to use them in an emergency. I haven't taken any for 4 years now. Get as much help as you can. I believe a cure will be found.

Hello! I had very loud T for years, with extremely crazy spikes with suicidal thoughts! I began to search frantically on the web because science does not give me any answer.

If you TRY ALL of this, I'm sure in two or three month you’ll be much better!!

1.- Mother tincture of Passinflower plant at night, but you don,t have to take medicine for sleep!

2.- Magnesium L-Threonate (only this Magnesium works well with T.) in the morning and five hours before sleep.

3.- GABA with Gingko Biloba and L-Theanine before breakfast.

4.- Control your blood pressure and detects if you snore or have cervical problems.

5.- Protect your inner ear all the time you can!

Keep in touch and best wishes!!
