it does vary in my case, sometimes forehead area and sometimes around the sides.

Hi, yes I also get frequent headaches, had very little help with T from my doctor either. I think it's down to the mind working overtime dealing with this intrusive noise, can't remember the last time I was truly relaxed. Sound masking helps a little - anything to avoid silence.

It wouldn't be surprising for a lot of people to link their tinnitus with headaches - around 50% of adult respondents to a World Health Organisation study suggested that they experienced significant numbers of headaches during the last year - who.int/news-room/fact-shee....

As with tinnitus, headaches are often a symptom that we might be experiencing another underlying health issues - so it's important to get to the bottom of that if we can, in order that our symptoms might diminish in due course.
