Hi, been experiencing tinnitus since a year ago, thought it was traffic noise for years, anyway, glue ear since covid in feb 22. Negative pressure in one ear, it just won’t balance out. Had examination today. Nurse told me to pinch nose and swallow water a few times a day. My good ear now hurts, so now both ear hurts! Should I continue these exercises? Any advice here? Glad for your help

No I don’t think I would carry out that exercise again , how do you know if she’s right? I would ask someone that specialises in ears .
