Been diagnosed with EDT and potentially grommets will help but tinnitus has increased since Feb this year. Impacting on my balance and well being. Hoping this operation may help.

Can I ask what symptoms you have for ETD? I'm waiting to see an ENT specialist but it's what I suspect I have....

Hope the grommets help!

I have had persistent problems since Feb. Fullness, underwater feeling, only partial relief by blowing etc and consistent tinnitus.

Hello. I’m only back from the ENT yesterday. I have fullness in ears at times. Continues T in one ear. My hearing test came back good. He said he wouldn’t do grommets unless last resort. Only lasts 15 months and no guarantee it will help. Can cause other problems like infection or hearing loss. I suppose every ENT is different! Hope it works out for you. Please let us know if it helps.
