Can Tinnitus be caused by a debridement?

I'm a new member. After a recent debridement of fungal ointment at an ENT's office, I am suffering from all day hissing and occasional bird like noises. I am going to an audiologist and another ENT. I had previous fullness in my right ear and a blocked ear. Feedback appreciated.

Hello bruimprov. If you go the the British tinnitus Association website you’ll see this charity’s view on the sort of thing that can cause tinnitus. I’m not a medical professional but I’d say your recent medical,history could be a cause, yes. I doubt the professionals can guide you better, when you see the .
