Good days and bad days

In June I didn’t notice for 8 days in July I didn’t notice my tinnitus for 13 days and this month I didn’t notice my tinnitus for 3 days is this good any comments thanks car

Amazing! At the moment I am celebrating not hearing my tinnitus for 5 minutes at a time, I hope at some point I can go a day without noticing it, so sounds like you are really doing well. Progress is never linear, two steps forward, one back as they say, but as long as you are progressing over the long term, that's sucess.
