Good morning does anyone find sport makes T worse . I played golf yesterday and after having a few days rest. I am seeing a pattern of playing golf next day T must worse.
Many thanks 😊

Hi Patricj , how unfortunate that is, I don’t play golf but I do know if I do any activity that involves turning my head too much I can find an increase in the t . Therefore in golf you swing your head from side to side and yes I am sure this doesn’t help you. Little you can do really but carry on and enjoy your golf because definitely this is very good for your self .
Hi
I cycle, on my own longish distances. I started with T around last November, I was just starting recovery from a cancer op so wasn't cycling at that time.
Op recover is going well and I'm back on bike trying to get fitter and lose some weight, I was initially wary of it as I had though the T would be worse and as I'm usually on my own in quiet areas it would be difficult.
I actually don't notice the T too much on the bike, when climbing slowly I do and it can be quite intense but generally not an issue, perhaps the wind noise and generally being outside and distracted help.
I do notice it seems quite bad after a ride though, I suspect again the distraction has gone so its more noticeable. Could this be similar to your situation perhaps?
I'm still negotiating terms with my T, when it does irritate me on the bike I take the view it would be irritating me if I was sitting at home so I'm no worse off. Sort of works for me.
I like riding my bike, it helps with my general health and is my zone out time so I'm doing it. Mr T is not taking that off me.
Hope it works out for you
Thank you for taking the time out to reply and it certainly has given me something to think about. I agree I cannot let T take away my golf 4 hours in the sunshine today was fantastic. I just have to find a way of managing the after effects of pain and T after the game.
Thank you enjoy your cycling.
Hi Parrcj, I do agree with you. In my case tis when I do high intensity workout, cardiovascular (running) and weight lifting. No problems with excercise like yoga, Pilates or core excercise. I always read the excercise is good for your T…still .not sure about that 😉
