So after a year and a half after being sacked my ex employee Balfour Beatty have finally conceded that at my conditions of tinnitus anxiety and depression is classed as disabilities. After this response and 8years of battaling its given me the hope to keep fighting.

"Thanks for sending these. Having reviewed them, Balfour Beatty does not intend to continue to dispute that your depression and anxiety constitute a disability under the Equality Act. As you know, they have already conceded that your tinnitus is a disability."

Tribunal next month
