Yay Penny, there was a long chat on here about Joey's treatment two years ago. If you look on Related Posts "Joey Remenyi. How many of you have watched her videos?" There are some interesting comments both good and bad. She's very expensive but as I haven't tried her treatment I can neither confirm or deny if it's of any help.

I read the article, Encho, and found it interesting. In many ways she is right, we get used to T by habituating.

She's published a book called 'Rock Steady' avaliable on amazon. Read that you might find its enough to get you on track again. She's a big advocate of neuroplasticity as a way to heal Tinnitus. More focused on not the symptoms but our reaction to our symptoms, we slowly focus on building the neurons that make us feel more calm and build acceptance
