Lack of sleep is my biggest problem. I wake up early and can't get back to sleep. However, I fall asleep without any problems, but that's probably because I'm so tired.

I've given up fighting it and get up and read. I've often had 5 or 6 hours sleep, so it doesn't cause huge problems. If I've only had a few hours, then I set myself a limit to try get some more sleep.
