Walking

I've taken up more exercise from beginning of September. Mostly walking at moment. Each time I come home I have a spike lasting for days. The latest one is still ongoing & began on Monday. This is insane. Is this common?

Hello. Personally I find that exercise In the form of a walk in the open air improves my T because I can listen to the sounds of nature (or traffic!) around me, and walking helps to keep me healthy.

Yet mines is spiking big time. It is rather depressing.

The same happens to me if I jog !! I thought it was just me !! I have no idea why that should happen ! Maybe it’s the motion ? I’m sorry I have no answers !! Hang in there !

Jogging does it to me as well. I guess any form of exercise can cause this. Very depressing to be honest.
