Hi, for the past 3 days by now , I’m having a constant noise in my ear. It’s like some1 it’s using the hover 2 rooms away. I night the the worst. My anxiety it’s over the roof, afraid i can’t sleep and many other questions.
It all started or i have begun noticing after I had done some power walking in the scorching sun.
The next day i started to hear it. I don’t know if is just my imagination or actually there is something.
Today I went to doctor, specialist, she did some test and all and nothing. After that I went to dentist and i have to wait. I went into a room , all alone , no noise what so ever and , nothing, silence.
When I’m home, in bed i can hear it. Now , I don’t know that to believe. It’s becouse I don’t have an occupation atm and I giving attention to this ? Was always there?? Its on low volume but enough to get my anxiety up at night and not sleep. One more thing; I have nothing it comes and goes. Granted, it stays more then leaving but...
I need another point of wiew.
Thank you.

Sounds like what I have. It started recently. Not the same as my high pitched T. I hope more people come forward and comment if they've had similar symptoms. Something new going on?
Well last night all was very good , the noise was almost absent. This morning, was back, louder stronger and and now I’m left ear is ringing to. The right ear not so much but the left one is going strong. Different noise then the right. My anxiety is acting up, and I realise that God doesn’t give much crap about us .
I'm not really sure about God. I suppose he or it offers more hope than my doctors. If nothing else, belief in something will allow a placebo affect. Most humans heal themselves. Gods and doctors just help us with hope.
Hello, try not to get anxious, as that could probably make it worse, try doing yoga, deep breathing exercises, if you can only hear it at night, that's good in away, your Doctor could have sent you to a hearing therapist, or for tests on your ears, it might be a eustation tube problem, I hope you can get some more help, try Doctor again maybe, good luck,
Hi, I've asked myself the same question, have I just noticed this and am i just focusing on a normal body noise, that was always there.? If i am preoccupied I don't hear the tinnitus, if its quiet and I start to focus on it, it seems to get worse, I wish that I had never became aware of it. I haven't heard if others are experiencing this type of thing.
I’ve had T for about twenty years so I’m an old hand at this!
People experience T in different ways, but it’s always down to a noise in your head that isn’t related to outside noises. It can come and go, and can be different noises.
What T-shirts said is very valid. Deep breathing really can help, but it doesn’t always come easily. Like anything else, if you practice it you get better at it.
Hi Hehehehe, how are you doing? Have things improved? I’m experiencing some noises in my head/ ears after problems with blocked ears. I’m on meds to help unblock my Eustachian tubes & I’m wondering too if this noise has always been there, but I’ve only just noticed it because I’m stressed. I hope you are doing better xXx
My man, I don’t know. It seems that at night, when I’m laying down I can hear it. Otherwise it’s silence. That is my problem, when I lay down. Obviously, that triggers anxiety and all hell breaks lose. I’m trying to ignor at night but....
Hi there, have you tried sleeping with a fan on? Or a sound app for deep sleep? Mine seems worse at night & is affecting my sleep, but I do have a fan on at night which helps to some degree. Have you seen your GP? Hoping things improve for you. Hoping mine gets better as my ears get better xx
Yesterday, was ok, was coming and going , When I was laying down was low and coming and going , this morning when I woke up, was bad. I think was louder,
If I cover my ears I can’t . If i lay down I can hear . Yesterday, was a good day , no T all day , night time was very low, like 2 from 10 . This morning, both of my ears are acting up instead of just one.
