was helpin the national trust last wendsday t went came back the next day went to bed last night kept the radio on t had gone again one hour later it was back I was sick yestoday what the hell is going on

If I am very involved in doing something the brain seems to 'forget' about the T . As soon as I am not fully occupied it comes back. It is called habituation: where your brain looses interest in the noise{ I think}. If you are lucky the brain gives up on the T noise altogether.
