I think manually with tool is best but can only be done by ENT .I had large wax plug and couldn’t shift it with olive oil but then got outer ear infection called ottis externa although painful and made me deaf for a week and tinnitus worse it cleared wax .

Don’t get micro suction. This caused my T to get worse and it didn’t remove the wax in my blocked ear. My blocked ear was cleared via irrigation following failed microsuction. My other ear was cleared manually via a ENT specialist. Manually seemed the best option.

I use Earol Olive Oil Spray twice a day for two weeks, then have my ears syringed. Then I use the Spray twice a week to keep any further wax soft.

I have also, in the past, used bicarbonate of soda eardrops and they are very effective. Best if you put the drops in then lie on your side for 20 minutes to let them go right through to the eardrum. Do this for two weeks and you may find the wax will clear without syringing.

Thank u to all 👍
